In 1996, Jérôme Bessy created the domaine Gourt de Mautens. Since the beginning, organic farming has been one of the statements of principle of this bold winemaker. Biodynamics has followed, within the framework of a logical process. The grapes are checked while still on the vines, and are then meticulously selected before vinification. The strict respect for nature, environment and products brings a result that goes beyond imagination.
