Domaine COMBIER
Since Laurent took the vineyard over in 1990, it has become a model for the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The quality of grapes has done much about it because the whole farm, vines and grapes, has been certified in organic farming for many years. The winemaker knows his terroir, which is rather uniform in the vineyard, and makes wonderful vines, such as the striking "Clos des grives". The egg-shaped concrete vats should be noted… Yes, the man listens to his colleagues who make biodynamic wine!
