Domaine Jean Foillard
This vineyard has been managed by Jean Foillard and his wife Agnès since 1981. It has gained a reputation of excellence thanks to their rigorous work in the vines and a meticulous vinification. The vineyard is not certified organic but no chemical treatment is applied to the vine. All the wines produced have the Morgon appellation. They are often vinified with very few added sulphur. One of them is completely pure.
