Domaine Vaïsse is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, a region renowned for its exceptional wines. Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the estate is now managed by the fourth generation of the Vaïsse family. This long history, passed down from one generation to the next, reflects the estate's deep commitment to excellence and respect for viticultural traditions. Positioned at the crossroads of both the northern and southern Rhône Valley, Domaine Vaïsse benefits from a unique terroir, ideal for cultivating renowned grape varieties.

The estate cultivates a variety of grape varieties, including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Viognier, with a particular focus on producing red, white, and rosé wines of great finesse. The soils, composed of schist, clay, and rolled pebbles, provide the vines with the perfect mineral richness for expressing the wine's aromas. Each plot is carefully tended to according to its specific characteristics, with special attention paid to yield management, sustainable farming, and biodiversity, all with the aim of producing wines that truly reflect the terroir.

One of Domaine Vaïsse's greatest strengths lies in its meticulous approach to winemaking. The estate practices manual harvesting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. The red wines are aged in oak barrels, imparting complexity and structure. The white wines undergo barrel fermentation, which gives them roundness and depth while maintaining their original freshness. Every cuvée is the result of careful craftsmanship, with the goal of creating balanced and harmonious wines, where the fruit aromas blend subtly with the oak aging.

Domaine Vaïsse wines stand out for their depth and precision. The estate offers a diverse range, from more accessible cuvées to great wines meant for aging. Among the flagship cuvées is the "Cœur de Syrah," an exceptional red wine that expresses the full richness of the grape variety. The "Viognier" is another iconic cuvée, offering a floral and fruity bouquet, with excellent structure and a fresh finish.
