Domaine la Roquète 

The domaine farms around 74 acres in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, on 3 different terroirs, which confers freshness, delicacy and style on wines. Besides, the vineyard has worked 17 acres of Ventoux since 1998. The red wines are aged in 50 to 70 hectolitres hogsheads during 10 to 12 months, before bottling. The wines are only sold after 2 years.
